Students from National Honor Society (NHS) recently participated in Read Across America by visiting three local schools: Maloney, Kingsbury, and Bucks Hill. The initiative, which was initially launched by the National Education Association, aims to highlight the importance of literacy in broadening perspectives and fostering a deeper understanding of the world. Through reading to students at these schools, the NHS members shared their love for reading and emphasized the transformative power of literacy in shaping young minds.
