Girls' Basketball Advances to State Finals at Mohegan Sun

Holy Cross High School's Girls' Varsity Basketball team delivered a stunning performance as they defeated Farmington with a final score of 69-63 in the opening game of the CIAC Class L semifinals at New Britain High School on Saturday night. Their victory has sealed their ticket back to the championship game at Mohegan Sun Arena, marking the team's second appearance in the grand finale in just three years.
The Lady Crusaders received overwhelming support from members of the Crusader family as they embarked on their journey towards victory. The enthusiastic turnout of supporters brought a sense of unity and spirit to the team, fueling their determination and motivation to succeed. With their fans cheering them on, the team was able to push through challenges and obstacles, ultimately emerging triumphantly in their quest for success.
