Our Experience

Academically, Holy Cross offers a rigorous curriculum that challenges students while also providing opportunities for individualized learning. Now a sophomore at Vassar College studying economics and mathematics and playing on the Varsity Lacrosse Team, (our son) Declan '23 had the opportunity to take Advanced Placement level courses at Holy Cross in Statistics, Calculus, U.S. History and Psychology. The diverse array of courses and extracurricular activities ensures that every student can find their niche—whether in the sciences, arts, athletics, or community service. Both of our boys have explored interests that they never knew they had, thanks to the wide range of programs available. (Our other son), Tim '26 is involved in Student Council as well as Peer Ministry and is a member of the Investment Club and the Varsity Lacrosse team. Our sons were taught to be engaged in their own learning experience and, as a result, chose paths by which they each could excel in their own way.
