Our Founder, Blessed Father Basil Moreau, was a true pioneer when he shifted the focus of education from being solely subject-centered to being student-centered. He understood that education goes beyond academics, and as such, at Holy Cross High School, we emphasize the holistic development of each student. Just as much importance is placed on the physical, emotional, spiritual, and mental well-being as it is on academic achievement. Our Catholic faith also allows us to examine and develop a student's character and values. At Holy Cross, we are committed to educating the whole student, nurturing their growth in every aspect of life. With our smaller class sizes, students receive personalized attention and support from teachers, ensuring they have the guidance they need to thrive. Additionally, students are supported through one-on-one time with counselors and group feedback during Advisory Period. At the heart of the Holy Cross High School experience lies the importance of empathy and giving back. Students come to recognize how fortunate they are to attend this school and develop a strong desire to contribute to their community. Whether through participating in the Annual Service Trip, raising funds for local organizations, or donating clothing and other essential items to those in need, they find numerous ways to support others. When you join the Crusader community, you become part of an extended global Holy Cross family. The Holy Cross mission, under the leadership of the Brothers of Holy Cross, is carried out through 101 schools around the world, with 23 of those located in the United States. Other schools are located in 12 countries including: Brazil, Bangladesh, Canada, France, Ghana, Uganda and more. At Holy Cross High School, specifically, students will graduate to become part of a network of 11,250 alumni who are actively working to change the world.
