Holy Cross Student Theatre Nominated for Nine Halo Awards

Seven Angels Theatre has announced the nominations for the high school Halo Awards which rewards over 80 Connecticut high schools for excellence in acting, singing, directing, dancing, design and more. The award ceremony will be held live at the Palace Theatre in Waterbury. Holy Cross High School will be honored during their June 1st ceremony.
Holy Cross High School students received nominations in the following categories:
Female Standout Performance in an Ensemble Production - Cecelia Moisan ’23 as Hamlet in The Complete Works of William Shakespeare (Abridged)
Leading Actress in a Musical - Sofia Koury ’25 as Morticia Addams in The Addams Family
Featured Actress in a Musical - Reese Becker ’23 as Pugsley Addams in The Addams Family
Supporting Actress in a Musical - Grace Graziano ’22 as Wednesday Addams in The Addams Family
Comic Female Performance in a Musical - Emily Lacava ’22 as Grandma in The Addams Family
Couple or Dynamic Duo in a Musical - Jillian Guerette ’25 and Jaela Rivera ’23 as Mal and Alice Beineke in The Addams Family
Comic Female Performance in a Play - Grace Persaud ’22 as Juliette in Complete Works of William Shakespeare (Abridged)
