Biography

Holy Cross is more than just a school that offers a rigorous curriculum; it’s a community that care supports and pushes it students to their full capacity—mentally physically, and spiritually—adding to their development inside and out. we felt that it was a community that gets to know and build relationships with each of its members from students to family to faculty. The school offers numerous opportunities outside the classrooms for students to get involved in clubs, sports, and community service to ensure that each student is well-rounded. I felt that the school was able to cater to the needs of each of my children in the way that they needed and adequately prepare them for their next stages. My oldest daughter, Armani ‘21 has used her time at Holy Cross to accumulate college credits and diversify her scope of activities that helped prepare her to go through her undergrad and into her first year of a occupational therapy doctoral program. My youngest daughter, Danei ‘27, is currently sophomore class president who has also being taking advantage of the early college preparatory opportunities and has made such big strides in the community being involved in the Diversity Board, President’s Circle, tour guide, and the Mayoral Youth Advisory Committee for the City of Waterbury. I feel confident that she will continue to do great things, especially with the guidance of the Holy Cross community, and we are thankful for the opportunities we have received.
